DiPinto Painting, LLC

DiPinto Painting is run by Mario and Vincent DiPinto, owners who grew up in a family focused on real estate, renovations, and hands-on craftsmanship. The name itself comes from the Italian word for painting, a craft that has been central to their family for generations.

The business serves Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach with interior and exterior painting. Their approach to exterior work includes power washing, scraping, repairs, caulking, masking, primer application, painting, trim work, garage doors and entry doors, metal surfaces, and final cleanup and inspection. They work with Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paints and are open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

In Florida, painting contractors must be licensed by the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) under the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The state recognizes two types of contractor licenses: certified and registered. A certified contractor can work anywhere in the state, while a registered contractor may work only in the jurisdiction for which they registered.

You can verify any contractor's license status through the DBPR online license search portal at myfloridalicense.com. Simply search by the contractor's name, license number, or city to confirm their license type and standing. This is a free tool available to the public.

Most painting work in residential settings requires compliance with the Florida Building Code. Before hiring, ask your painter whether permits are required for your specific project—this can vary by location and scope of work. It's also wise to ask about their approach to prep work, paint selection, and inspection procedures to ensure your project meets code standards and your expectations.
