Oasis Landscape & Irrigation

Oasis Landscape & Irrigation has served the Tampa Bay area since 1997. The company offers landscape design, installation, irrigation services, landscape lighting, and commercial landscape maintenance. Their maintenance division oversees over 40 commercial properties in the Bay area.

The business is state licensed in irrigation and pest control, allowing them to handle irrigation repairs and installation with permits as required, as well as lawn and ornamental pest control. Branch Manager Jason Riggs oversees daily operations, with Account Manager John Springer managing the commercial maintenance division.

Oasis operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed weekends. You can reach them at (813) 837-9396 or service@oasistampa.com.

Landscape contractors in Florida are regulated by the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) under the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Irrigation work specifically requires state licensing. When you hire a landscaper, ask whether they hold the appropriate licenses for the work they'll perform—particularly if irrigation, repairs, or installation are involved.

To verify a contractor's license status, you can search the Florida DBPR online services portal by the contractor's name, license number, or city. This search will confirm whether they are actively licensed and in good standing. Before signing a contract, take a few minutes to run this check.

Some landscape projects may require permits under the Florida Building Code. Ask your contractor whether permits apply to your specific work and whether they will obtain them. Contractors experienced with local requirements, like those serving the Tampa Bay area long-term, can guide you through this process.
