AR Landscape Design

AR Landscape Design provides landscape design and maintenance services in Miami and surrounding areas. With over 20 years of experience, the team creates custom landscape designs from concept to completion, working with hand-drawn renderings to communicate and refine your vision throughout the project.

Services include custom landscape design, landscape lighting with outdoor LED products, and detail-oriented manicured maintenance to support the long-term health of trees, shrubs, and ornamentals. The business is open Monday through Sunday, 5 AM to 7 PM, and offers free estimates and project photos upon request.

In Florida, landscapers who undertake construction work may be subject to licensing through the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB). The state distinguishes between certified contractors (who can work statewide) and registered contractors (who can work only in their jurisdiction). You can verify whether a landscaper holds a required license through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) online license search tool at myfloridalicense.com.

Before hiring, check the contractor's license status using the DBPR's licensee search by name, license number, or city. This allows you to confirm their credentials and any regulatory history. Whether or not a license is required for your specific landscaping project depends on the scope of work and local requirements in Miami-Dade County.

When requesting an estimate, ask whether the contractor holds any required state or local licenses, what permits or approvals may be needed for your project, and how the work will comply with Florida Building Code standards. Getting these details in writing helps protect your investment and ensures the work meets code.
